The Quick Turnaround Facility is to consist of three (3) drive through wash bays of approximately 150m2 each, (with potential to add a fourth bay), mechanical and electrical rooms, common worker washroom(s), janitorial room and common storage for rental car and building maintenance supplies. Parking for up to 40 rental vehicles in a nose to tail configuration and parking for worker vehicles. A “card-lock” fueling station for rental vehicles and building and site access control and security. This RFP is for the creation of design and specifications for a issued for tender status.
